             行政室










             行政室位於本所前棟大樓二樓,為處理全所行政庶務及營繕業務之核心。除了所長室外,秘書室承辦收發文、各項會議、學
             術活動、人事案之新聘/升等/續聘等。人事、會計、出納承辦人處理新進人員之報到/離職、加/退勞健保、薪資、報帳及出
             納等業務。本所總務同仁,除了負責採購、財產管理之相關事宜外,另有一組總務同仁負責全所除電腦、電話外之各項維護
             及修繕工程等業務。另有期刊室同仁,專責本所發行之 Journal of Information Science and Engineering 編輯工作。並設
             有專責同仁協助處理本所的國際研究生庶務。行政同仁的努力受到院方同仁的肯定,多次被評比為績效考評績優單位。




             本所之行政與研究業務資訊化由本所資訊室執行已陸續完成,例如公文管理、公告及通知,已充分與行政技術人員的工作日
             誌整合,行政人員皆擁有及維護屬於自己承辦業務的網頁。其他一般服務的項目,例如研討室的預約、物品借領管理、維修
             申請、電子投票系統,以及複雜的經費申請、評估與核准、及學術成果均已上網,一般採購流程由請購、審核、採購、驗
             收、到轉入會計帳、物品管理等都已經全部整合在一起。資訊室開發的「學術研討會議管理系統」並已運用於多個大型國際
             研討會之籌辦。行政管理之全面資訊化是我們努力的目標,以期能為全所同仁提供高品質、高效率、透明化之行政及支援服
             務。                                                                                                                       The Administrative Division provides administrative and maintenance services at the Institute. Administration offices
                                                                                                                                      are located on the second floor of the old building. The Director’s office and the secretaries’ office are situated in Room
                                                                                                                                      204. The personnel and financial management staff’s office is situated in Room 206 and 207. The staff in Room 215 is
                                                                                                                                      responsible for procurement, property management and miscellaneous tasks. The editorial office of the Journal of Infor-
                                                                                                                                      mation Science and Engineering is located in Room 212. It provides editorial service and handles publications. We now
                                                                                                                                      have a staff member dedicated to handle Taiwan international Graduate Program related issues, located in Room 210.
                                                                                                                                      The staff in Room 214 is responsible for building maintenance.

                                                                                                                                      Most of our administrative and operational services are computerized, utilizing systems that have been designed and
                                                                                                                                      implemented by our Computing Services Division. The file and bulletin management systems have been integrated
                                                                                                                                      with the employee white pages. Meanwhile, the on-line purchasing sub-system has been designed to integrate all
                                                                                                                                      purchasing procedures, from purchase order filing, procurement screening and authorization, to automatic processing
                                                                                                                                      by the accounts payable department. It is our goal to provide high quality, efficient, and transparent services to all col-
                                                                                                                                      leagues at the Institute.
