TIGP--How to use experimental data to help predict protein complex structures

摘要
Protein usually functions through interacting with other proteins, but structures of protein complexes occupy only a fraction of all known protein structures in the structure database. Predicting the complex structure of proteins computationally is therefore a subject of considerable research interest. In this talk, I will review current status, progress and challenges of this topic and present some results from our effort.
