摘要
This talk introduces a structured framework for automating academic workflows, designed to help researchers enhance efficiency, clarity, and reproducibility in their scholarly practices. Building on Kolb’s experiential learning cycle, the framework emphasizes learning from four distinct sources—people, events, deliverables, and the self—and transforming these inputs into actionable insights through systematic note-making. Strategies are presented for refining knowledge from books, papers, articles, and courses, each adapted to different levels of informational complexity. The workflow integrates these inputs into a coherent process for designing research projects, maintaining reflective journals, tracking progress through evergreen notes and content maps, and sharing outcomes effectively. By aligning input, process, and output, the framework highlights how researchers can create a sustainable cycle of academic productivity, where knowledge extraction leads naturally to structured research design and standardized deliverables. This approach underscores the importance of workflow automation as a pathway to consistent, high-quality research contributions.
