When you are abroad or on a vacation, the system can help you reply the mails. Please use webmail to set up this function.

1. Log in to 【webmail】
2. Spread "Preferences", and click on "Out of Office"
3. If you would like to auto reply, check "Send auto-reply message"
4. Enter your message in "Auto-Reply Message"
5. Click "Save" to commit your changes.
