自報到起三年內助理、博士後每年參加卓越演講需達2/3場次，若遇有外籍助理，外籍助理需參加達2/3之「英文場次」卓越演講。若未能達到上述要求，下一年度考績需為乙等（維持原薪資）。
All full-time domestic research assistants/Post-Docs are required to attend at least 2/3 of the DLS sessions on a yearly basis for the first 3 years (starting from your first working date); international research assistants/Post-Docs are required to attend at least 2/3 of the DLS sessions that are delivered in English. Failing to fulfill the requirement will receive a “B” as the year-end performance rank, and the salary base couldn’t be promoted in the following year.
